Nafkot

A beautifully layered natural lot from producer Nafkot Admasu’s 2-hectare farm in Gedicho, Yirgacheffe. Grown at 2,170 MASL beneath native enset trees, the coffee is carefully hand-harvested and naturally dried on raised beds, resulting in a cup that reminds us of peach iced tea, wild berries and tropical fruit. Nafkot is a participant in the Ama (“mother”) Commitment Project, established in 2023 by Ethiopian exporter Ephtah Coffee. The project supports and empowers female coffee producers through pre-financing, agronomic training and investment in farm and community infrastructure.
