Hello — we’re Culainn and Lea.
We’re the duo behind Conscious, an independent specialty coffee roastery, and we’re excited to be opening our first coffee shop at 349 Caledonian Road.
The space will be a simple espresso and brew bar, serving well-made classics — think flat whites and lattes — alongside a rotating selection of seasonal filter coffees. You’ll also find a retail selection of coffees to take home, all sourced and roasted by us.
If all goes to plan, we’ll be opening our doors in late January 2026.
